“It seemed to take a really long time to get the insoles shipped. That being said, it's been a couple of weeks and I'm beginning to notice a difference. I've only used these in my sneakers, so I want to try them in my dress shoes.”

We do show that your order was shipped from our warehouse the same day that your order was placed, 7/22/25, and was delivered to you 4 days later on 7/26/25. This aligns with our shipping time frame of 2-5 days in transit plus one day for final delivery for orders shipped with our Free/Standard Shipping method. We do offer Expedited Shipping at checkout, should you ever need to receive your order more quickly in the future. We're excited to hear you're starting to notice a difference with the insoles in your sneakers. We hope they provide the same comfort when you try them in your dress shoes too! “Availability,quality, selection and description. I purchased the same item 15 or more years ago and it helped me then and it helped me now. That insole was still functioning but beginning to wear so I thought I would get another. The insole feels just like old one did; like I am walking on air. Thank you so much!!!!”
