Hi there, we’re Thread The Word!

We’re an Australian business located in Melbourne and dedicated to creating beautiful, personalised blankets. All of our blankets are an order of one and knitted just for you.

We are very passionate about making all of our products in Australia. We have been producing personalised gifts for over 10 years in the photo industry.

Our blankets are knitted from 100% combed cotton. Combed cotton is super soft and we do not use any harmful chemicals so they are perfectly safe for babies and children.

“I’m the great grandmother and I designed the blanket not with the child’s name but with a little bit of humour. “100/10 I ordered the blanket and found out I was getting induced 2 days later. I messaged the instagram page and the blanket was made and express posted the following day. Not only this, the blanket was gorgeous and smelled like it had been freshly washed, the material is also really good quality.”
