Hi there, we’re Thread The Word!

We’re an Australian business located in Melbourne and dedicated to creating beautiful, personalised blankets. All of our blankets are an order of one and knitted just for you.

We are very passionate about making all of our products in Australia. We have been producing personalised gifts for over 10 years in the photo industry.

Our blankets are knitted from 100% combed cotton. Combed cotton is super soft and we do not use any harmful chemicals so they are perfectly safe for babies and children.

“What can l say, the two personalised cot sized blankets l received were not only of excellent quality, there was so much love and care into the wrapping, it was really special. “I received my blanket and the colour was very different to the one on the website. I reached out to the team and they did not offer a refund as I was not happy with my purchase. Very disappointed - I love supporting small businesses but this one does not have good customer service and false advertising.”

Hi Angela, We offered you a refund upon the return of your order, and we also offered to make you another one in any colour combo you like. However, you requested a refund while wanting to keep your order, which isn't an option we can accommodate. Best regards, Peter
