Hi there, we’re Thread The Word!

We’re an Australian business located in Melbourne and dedicated to creating beautiful, personalised blankets. All of our blankets are an order of one and knitted just for you.

We are very passionate about making all of our products in Australia. We have been producing personalised gifts for over 10 years in the photo industry.

Our blankets are knitted from 100% combed cotton. Combed cotton is super soft and we do not use any harmful chemicals so they are perfectly safe for babies and children.

“For my 6 year old grandson I bought a named, beautiful blue single bed blanket & for my 3 month old granddaughter; a lovely named, pink cot size blanket & they both look gorgeous on their beds & they feel so soft🥰 They both arrived beautifully wrapped & in their own pouch for safe keeping & smelt so fresh with an essential oil fragrance. My grandchildren will have these bespoke blankets for years to come! I recommend these beautiful blankets to everyone!”

“My 2 1/2 year old Granddaughter and I were picking out a design for a cot blanket we were sending overseas to Italy. Whilst trying to decide which design to have, she kept going back to the kangaroo and what a great pick she did. The blanket is amazing and what a great design. Can't wait for the reaction from overseas.”
