Hi there, we’re Thread The Word!

We’re an Australian business located in Melbourne and dedicated to creating beautiful, personalised blankets. All of our blankets are an order of one and knitted just for you.

We are very passionate about making all of our products in Australia. We have been producing personalised gifts for over 10 years in the photo industry.

Our blankets are knitted from 100% combed cotton. Combed cotton is super soft and we do not use any harmful chemicals so they are perfectly safe for babies and children.

“I came across ThreadTheWord at the baby expo and instantly knew I had to get one. The staff were so helpful in ordering me the perfect blanket for my little one. They have a great variety of colours & styles. The material Is beautiful & myorder arrived within 5 days from ordering, which was amazing considering each blanket is made to order.”

“I gifted this blanket to my friend and she was absolutely ecstatic and loves it so much. She thinks it is so special and said that she will cherish it forever. The blanket also smelled amazing! So much so that I would love to know the brand of washing detergent you use, please! 100% recommend this product and is now my go to baby gift.”
