Hi there, we’re Thread The Word!

We’re an Australian business located in Melbourne and dedicated to creating beautiful, personalised blankets. All of our blankets are an order of one and knitted just for you.

We are very passionate about making all of our products in Australia. We have been producing personalised gifts for over 10 years in the photo industry.

Our blankets are knitted from 100% combed cotton. Combed cotton is super soft and we do not use any harmful chemicals so they are perfectly safe for babies and children.

“The blanket is just wonderful. I am so happy with the quality. Thank you sooo much, especially for your prompt shipping too! Packaging is perfect and the blanket also smells sooo CLEAN. When our beautiful boy is born, I cannot wait to take some photos and video and tag you in them!”

“Got my first three 1/2 years ago Love the blankets the first one I bought was a bit small so now I have replaced it and all three granddaughters have a cot size blanket and they all love them I also bought a dog themed one for myself in memory of my fur baby, it is warm and cosy on a cold winters night and keeps my toes warm just like Spencer use too Who knows, if or when I get some more grandies, they too will get one Love designing and personalising them”

“This is the third order I have placed with Thread the word..I chose for the blankets to come in the Calico draw string bag option and they are beautifully wrapped inside.I have had 1 delivered to my address and 2 blankets sent as gifts.The website is very easy to navigate and their customer service is excellent.I will definitely order through them again.Thank you”

“These beautiful keepsake blankets are made out of the softest, warmest material and wash up, lovely. I have now gifted 5 of them and every parent has loved the gift and treasures these blankets for their babies. I have even bought a bigger one for my newborn grandson for his cot and will now make gifting these blankets a family tradition.”
