Hi there, we’re Thread The Word!

We’re an Australian business located in Melbourne and dedicated to creating beautiful, personalised blankets. All of our blankets are an order of one and knitted just for you.

We are very passionate about making all of our products in Australia. We have been producing personalised gifts for over 10 years in the photo industry.

Our blankets are knitted from 100% combed cotton. Combed cotton is super soft and we do not use any harmful chemicals so they are perfectly safe for babies and children.

We hope you love your blanket as much as we loved creating it!

“From design to delivery, this was a seamless process. When the order arrived the blanket was so so soft and exactly as expected. Plus the pre-washing of the knit, smelt devine. Thank you so much Thread the Word, our baby Charli girl loves it (and so does mum)”

“Thank you so much for your fast and efficient service. The Blanket was ordered on a Wednesday and delivered to Regional Qld the following Monday. Excellent service with tracking available. The blanket is top quality with beautiful embroidery. My Son and partner are so happy with the product for their newborn son. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an embroidered quality baby blanket. Thank you.”

“I have brought 4 different baby blankets on different occasions and although I don't have any pics to show , the people I have brought them for absolutely LOVE them , they are soft colourful and I love how you can put a name and pictures on them.”

“Have bought on 2 separate occasions the cot-size blanket. Both of these gifts were received with great acceptance. One of the gifts was bought for a baby living in Margaret River Perth and I live in Melbourne Victoria. I was kept in the loop during the whole journey of the blanket and could advise the new parents when to expect delivery of the blanket. The whole process was quick and efficient”
