Hi there, we’re Thread The Word!

We’re an Australian business located in Melbourne and dedicated to creating beautiful, personalised blankets. All of our blankets are an order of one and knitted just for you.

We are very passionate about making all of our products in Australia. We have been producing personalised gifts for over 10 years in the photo industry.

Our blankets are knitted from 100% combed cotton. Combed cotton is super soft and we do not use any harmful chemicals so they are perfectly safe for babies and children.

We hope you love your blanket as much as we loved creating it!

“Hi Peter and Annie, Delilah's blanket was gorgeous. It was exacltly as my daughter-in-law designed it. My other daughter-in-law is due early in July and she was busy on your website yesterday designing her daughter's blanket. The blankets have become a bit of a family tradition as we have welcomed each new grandchild.”

“Magnificent is the first word I uttered upon opening the beautifully wrapped parcel. The blanket brought a rear to my eye. What a fantastic product with exceptional service delivery. Turnaround time of only 36hrs from birth of Grandson "Spencer" until delivery. I just wish I knew about the product many years ago.”
