Hi there, we’re Thread The Word!

We’re an Australian business located in Melbourne and dedicated to creating beautiful, personalised blankets. All of our blankets are an order of one and knitted just for you.

We are very passionate about making all of our products in Australia. We have been producing personalised gifts for over 10 years in the photo industry.

Our blankets are knitted from 100% combed cotton. Combed cotton is super soft and we do not use any harmful chemicals so they are perfectly safe for babies and children.

“I have purchased these before. This order was for my Dad (85), who has had a stroke and is recovering. His left side is cold. When I delivered it, his first comment was "It is so soft and warm. I don't deserve something as good as this". I smiled and replied "Oh yes you do". He pushed his old blanket off the arm of the chair. I have never seen him as stoked about a present as he was with this beautiful blankie.”
