“Easy to find cards, reasonable minimum spend limit for free postage and good website. If they had more stock I would have bought more but they didn't have about ~1/3 of the cards I wanted so I had to track them down from another more expensive site with more stock.”

“With all the hype regarding Pokemon Prismatic Evolutions Total Cards have, to their credit, honoured the pre release sales. This is essential as with anything collectible there are bear to bull to bear market swings. We need to rely on the likes of Total Cards to keep regular customers loyal which they are proving to do just that.”

“This was my first time pre-ordering any kind of Pokemon product so I wasn't sure what to expect. The order arrived on release day which I was so pleased about, and I was also delighted to find a mini bag of Haribo in the box too! It arrived well packaged and the order update emails were great too.”

“Not had it yet 🫠 ordered it and wasn’t told it was a preorder till after payment. Then had to chase it a few times this month because you aren’t told when it’s being released.”

While the pre-order status has been displayed on the product page since it was listed, we understand how this detail might have been overlooked at a quick glance. I can see that the team previously informed you this was part of a January release. Unfortunately, the supplier for this item only provides estimated delivery months rather than specific dates. Our records show that your order was shipped on the 12th and delivered to your safe place on the 15th. You should have received an email with the tracking details, but if not, please contact our support team, who will be happy to resend this information. We apologise once again for any delays and for the lack of clear communication regarding the pre-order status.
