“I ordered my pair of Sunsets on 18 July and it is nearly November. Have now moved from UK to Australia and the current trainers I have are nearly unwearable due to old age. I never expected it would be this long and I have to stop myself from cancelling and buying another brand in a shop because I need them now.”

“These sizes are deviations from standard brands like Nike, Adidas, Skechers where a size 8 is around 26 cm, while a TropicFeel shoe is size 6.5 for 26.2 cm. I wonder if you're receiving too many exchange orders coz of this, but what can help you is integration with something like Find Your Fit.”

“I live in North Vancouver British Columbia Canada where it rains a ton. I’ve had my Shell backpack for almost a year now and it is still incredibly waterproof!! I use this backpack for hiking, school, weekend trips, you name it this backpack can take your gear anywhere and keep everything dry 💯💯💯”

“I ordered the Shell backpack more than 10 days ago and to date I haven't received my shipment and it wasn't even handed over to the courier company! Every time I contact their customer support team and I never get a clear response on when they will do that. I'm starting to feel that the whole thing is a scam”

“My sneakers, bought on kickstarter (canyon) broke after 1.5 year, both shoes in the same place, and unglued, both shoes in the same place. Warranty was not accepted, even if they state that there is 2 years warranty. shoes are very comfortable, but not durable enough for the price.”
