“Ordered items from ULSTER weavers to be charged for postage on check out... yet I live in Ulster, cancelled the order directly, was then advised that they had cancelled it late and I would receive a refund when they they received it back.... Tracking shows it's with the courier and has been for 14 days.... To date no package or refund, customer services were a waste of time... My advice is although the products are really good, customer service and back up leaves a lot to be desired.”
