They are overpriced, unreliable, and a scam company!! I purchased tickets in April of 2018 for the Eagles game in Wembly the end of October. I selected the seats in the 100 level at the time, got confirmation #, paid over $700 for them in April, but a week before the game they sent email that those tickets aren’t available. I had to pick tickets in the 500 level 4 rows from the top of the stadium, I was so high I could have shaken god’s hand. They offered a $38 credit, no refund, for the next tickets I purchase from them, like that will happen. Their guarantee is bogus. Next time I am going with a reliable company, people I meet on the trip used ticket masterUK cheaper and tickets they select were delivered.

They trick people in to paying over the odds for tickets with what appears to be blatant deceit. Customer service in terms of value for money is clearly not a priority at all. There should be legislation against such companies.

We showed up for a gig just to be told that our tickets are not valid and we cannot attend the event using them. The tickets were purchased by someone prior to me purchasing them on viagogo website. That person has made about £100 profit on top of the original ticket price. At the time viagogo was the only place where I could find the tickets for this event and didn’t occur to me that I will be scammed like this. When I was finally able to download tickets (as initially after making a booking I didnt receive tickets just email confirmation ) I did realise how much we have overpaid compare to the face value. I never thought of looking at the name on the ticket or checking the venue policy. Apparently a lot of venues do not accept re sold tickets as valid. The same ticket can be resold more than once. Do not under any circumstances book tickets through viagogo website if you don’t want to loose money and miss a gig.

They are only getting one star because you can’t give Zero!!! The company is scamming legitimate customers out of £100’s click bating people and tricking people in to buying tickets. They “make their costs clearly visible” on the site. However they also put a massive clock at the top of the page to push you through the billing. Let’s be clear here, I did not know that I was even on the site when going to purchase the tickets there is no header on the page you are sent to that identifies that you have been pushed through to a different seller. Also, don’t be fooled by the number of tickets left. After being scammed by these low life’s I looked in to the coding of the website. It is clear that they will lie to you about the number of tickets remaining. The code basically will spit out the number of tickets you require and tell you that there is only that number left. This again pressures you in to thinking that you have no option but to purchase before you run out of time. Finally please be aware that they also lie to you on the first page you come to where it shows you “clearly” the price of the ticket. In my case the ticket cost was £63 for two. Yet when I finally got to pay, let’s just say it wasn’t even close. Will be warning people off about this site everywhere I can. You want to run a business? Have the decency to treat people with respect.

The company is a joke. I payed for my tickets that were £50 each and they should’ve been £16 so I payed double the price. I cannot get an refund on my tickets unless I put them up for auction which i did and nobody bought them, even when I put them for £12 each nobody bought them. Then now I’m having to print out the ticket because apparently they don’t/can’t ship me my tickets and now that I have payed for shipping they won’t give me my shipping refund (which was £30) I’m so disgusted with this company I honestly have no words. Don’t buy anything from this company because they’ll find a way to screw you over.

Foolishly, I clicked on the first website that came up when I wanted to get David Byrne tickets. I found out that they pay Google handsome fees to be the first website that comes up, so that says something about Viagogo and Google. Anyway, I paid way over the odds for the tickets and when I got there they were not the seats advertised. I would say that they are a ticket tout outfit. Surely, this shouldn't be allowed to exist. Avoid at all costs I would suggest.

I don't know why I gave them 1 star but if I didn't I couldn't write a review. I bought 3 Tickets to see U2 in January, on arriving at the concert this week, 2 of the tickets were fraudulent. Well you can imagine my reaction!! I didn't know anything about this company when I booked, but I do now! Complained to Action Fraud, Viagogo (joke) and Credit Card Company so we will see what happens. This company should not be trading and the Government need to do something about them now!!!

IF you want to be charged excessive handling fees. IF you want to be given inferior tickets to which you ordered and paid for and then told its your bad luck. IF you want to be treated like a mug by this fraudulent company then by all means use them. HOWEVER if you expect to be treated fairly and receive the service you wanted then NEVER ever use this rip off company. I speak from very recent experience believe me !!!!!

Long story short...purchase 2 NFL tickets a month ago for $800 never received the tickets and they “lost it” 3 days before we leave for London they tell us we will get a refund and will take 10 days to receive our money. Now the cheapest which is in the nose bleed section is $1200. I’ve never been so angry! This is my birthday trip and have been stressed for over a week now because of this company and now have to pay $400 more then planned. NEVER PURCHASE TICKETS THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!

First time to buy concert tickets. So when I printed them out to find a strangers name on them i panicked and call them. The customer service I received was hands down the poorest I’ve ever come across! I also paid triple the price for the tickets. I nievely thought the price was a reflection on the quality of tickets rather than the profit viagogo we’re making from me. Never again....

I can't even put in to words how bad Viagogo are. We bought two tickets for the titans vs chargers game this Sunday at Wembley. We still haven't received them and the UPS tracker says they have no trace of the order whilst an email from Viagogo has the status of "delivered". We paid £600 for two tickets and arranged travel, hotel etc. I have emailed several times and phoned. The call centre is absolutely atrocious. The stupid woman didn't understand a word I said and was very unhelpful. Absolutely devastated as have been looking forward to this for months and if I'm honest I'm not even sure pursuing a refund of our hard earned money will be worth it. Please please PLEASE do NOT use this company. They have nothing but bad reviews and I'm surprised they haven't been shut down.
