“Scammers. Listed 4 venues for spice girls tickets and said there's 4 percent tickets remaining to sell at a premium. They then once you buy them tickets release other dates and venues and shock; they start to lower in price. Over 400 quid for the 2 tickets and couple months later these tickets are still not sold out and are claiming to have 6 percent left... I thought it was 4 percent. Unless the arena is having a expansion that nobodies aware of then I'm pretty sure the percent should not go up.
Stay away from the Scumbags as there are no refunds but "kindly" offer reselling your tickets that are now worth half the price you paid.
F*** You viagogo I hope karma causes you a slow and painful end.”
“Please don't use this site. My daughter bought 2 tickets from them to go and watch Robbie Williams in Las Vegas. The money was taken from her account. Viagogo have now said that they haven't got the tickets. I assume they never had them. She's booked flights and a hotel. This is now a complete waste of money. The only reason she was going to Vegas was to watch Robbie. Now she's left with no tickets, has paid out a lot of money and is absolutely gutted. Disgusting site.”
“Brought tickets for Andre RIen orchestra cost of tickets £65 pounds each total £120 Charge £300.95p they. Said tickets £110 each booking fee £ 62.50 handle fee £5.95 vat £12.50 viagogo. Are the biggest rip off company going be warn do not use this company they don’t tell you the full cost till you have paid .when looking for tickets they pop up on google and you think they are a genuine site no they are not they are parasites.”
“I thought the company was legitimate because their ad popped up on Google when I was on Ticketmaster looking to buy tickets for the Rolling Stones concert. There were 2000 plus people in front of me so I thought I would check out Viagogo. Since I could not find a price range for tickets I mistakenly assumed the prices on Viagogo were what the tickets would be sold through Ticketmaster. Boy was I wrong. I paid double and then was charged a $108 booking fee. I basically paid $300 more than what I could have purchased through Ticketmaster if I would have just been patient. Hard lesson learned! Do not buy tickets through this company! They have no morals and neither to the people reselling their tickets. I just hope now that I can even get into the concert as I have heard horror stories of people not being able to get into the concert because their tickets were not good. How devastating.”
“F I could I would gladly give them minus 10. Ripped of 2ticket to see Micheal Bublé cost £1089.57 no seat numbers given, no fees displayed and a big NO REFUNDS MADE. Competition and markets Authority have just won an order against them and other legal bodies are investigating them.
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE VIAGOGO TO BUY TICKETS YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF use companies like Twickets who only sell tickets at face value or less. Good luck.”
“DONT BUY FROM THIS TICKET RESALE COMPANY YOU WILL PAY DOUBLE THE REAL VALUE OF COURSE YOU WONT KNOW THIS UNTIL L THE TICKETS ARRIVE JUST BEFORE YOU GO RATING SHOILD BE MINUS 10 -10”
“I wish I had that I had the option to give no stars.
I bought Rolling Stones tickets for £138 each. On arrival I was told that Viagogo are not a reputable company and I was unable to exchange my receipt for tickets as I was told I would. I tried contacting the company but it proved to be impossible.
I was devastated ! Have nothing to do with these frauds.”
“Terrible company, do not use! Tickets for Florence and the Machine not posted in time so had to pick tickets up in person from a shop an hour's drive away from the venue. The traffic was so bad we missed most of the concert. Tickets were also very over priced. Our experience with Viagogo left us feeling stressed, annoyed and ripped off. Shocking customer service, avoid this company at all costs!”
“Total con bought what we thought were genuine tickets £100 in total only to arrive at event to find they were fake also correct ticket price was £16 each”
“Booked Miss Saigon tickets through these fraudsters.Paid nearly £100 a ticket for tickets with a face value of £50.I should of been more aware but never mind me and my wife went to the venue anyway. When we got to our seats another couple were sitting there. We both compared tickets and both our tickets were the same seats. Bith tickets were purchased through viagogo. We spoke to management and were told we would all have to buy new tickets from the box office! The tickets we bought cost £20 each! I have complained to viagogo this morning and demanded a full refund.Lets see what their response is. This fraud...”
“I bought tickets with Viagogo and they were invalid! I had this in writing from the venue and band themselves. Viagogo refused to refund me despite written evidence. They have shocking customer service and are literally took nearly a months salary from me. Buyer beware, this company facilitates fraud.”
“If it were possible- it would be a NO STAR review!
What a morally reprehensible business! I cannot stress more how much you shouldn’t use this site!
My case was a complex one as the tickets I had bought had been bought and sold twice before I received them. As instructed, by this deplorable company, I got in contact with the seller (7 days before the concert), much to my and her dismay they were considered ‘unusable’ because they had the original sellers name on them (as per Viagogo’s email you cannot enter the arena without the seller and the original purchase card). After DAYS of both buyer 2 and I calling and speaking to the operators (4 days before the concert) back and forth, back and forth they now assured us I could use the tickets and that Viagogo would have a guarantee that I could attend the concert (believe me, this is the short version!!!). Completely contradicting what was sent in writing to me. When I challenged this, (3 days before the concert), I was again assured all would be fine. In the meantime I had forgotten my password to log into my account- request a new password-NO ACTION! When speaking to the operator, she said ‘oh it should take a few hours’ I said I had been waiting DAYS and asked if there was any way she could send me a renewal link-No, that was not possible. After all this anguish to see if I was even going to make it to the concert, buyer 2 sends me the tickets recorded delivery as the concert is now in 2 days! THANK YOU! I received them- whilst in my possession, buyer 2 received a completely uncalled for and accusing email to say she had not sent them!
I go back to my initial statement now, of a morally reprehensible business-why you ask? Because the original seller sold the tickets at FOUR TIMES THE AMOUNT OF THE FACE VALUE OF THE TICKET!!
MY QUESTION TO YOU, Viagogo- is how you find it acceptable, moral, and respectable to allow people to put whatever mark up they feel like for a ticket? When did it become the decent thing to allow people to do what they want to make a quick buck? BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY-How, as a so called ‘legitimate company’, do you NOT have a cap on how much a person can put up the price?
Overall-A truly shocking experience! I will never use your business again and will shout it from the rooftops so that hopefully, other unsuspecting individuals do not have to go through this! You are utterly disgraceful and dishonest!”
“Viagogo misled my wife into buying what she thought was seated tickets at a premium price. The venue was then changed to an all standing venue so we could not go as I am unabke to stand fOR protracted periods of time. They refused to give us any refund whatsoever although we ended up paying £131 for tickets that were only worth £60 total. BEWARE.”
“Absolutely scam and scum
Took money for rugby tickets but never delivered them at pick up
Advisor Rebecca ( Irish voice) couldn’t have cared
We WILL be going public 😡😡😡😡”
“THE WORST SERVICE EVER, THEY CHARGED ME $50 PER TICKET AS A FEE. THEY TLD ME MY TICKETS WOULD B DELIVERED TO MY HOTEL 1 WEEK BEFORE THE CONCERT AND THEN SENT ME AN EMAIL TELLING ME THAT I HAD TO PICK UP MY TICKETS TO SOME STARBUCKS 25 MINUTES AWAY FROM MY HOTEL AT THE DAY OF THE CONCERT GIVING ME A TIME FRAME OF JUST 2 HOURS TO PICK THEM UP. COSTUMER SERVICE IS COMPLETELY USELESS, I ASKED 5 TIMES FOR HELP THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK.
DON’T EVER BUY TICKETS FROM THIS WEBSITE !”
