Shipping seem to take a little longer than it should have. That's the new excuse to cover for an incompetent lazy staff . The product it self seems to be good

One of my filters leaked from the very beginning and my refrigerator is not old.

I've enjoyed the product I selected. I recently changed all the filters and can't get it to work properly. I emailed waterdrop without any support for my problem. Because of the lack of support, I would recommend the product with reservation.

The water filter looks fine (hence a "3"), but I placed my order when I installed my last one by PUR. Therefore, it will be almost three months before I can compare the filtered water from AQUACREST to the water from PUR filters.

The price was good. Had a little problem with the installation, as it was different from the original Whirpool. Would have liked a place designated to write the date for future change. If it was there, I missed it. The filter appears to be doing the job. Thank you.

These filters are not compatible with my refrigerator. I should like to return them but there wasn’t any information included to enable me to do so.

I am now trying to re-order and the price has gone up rediculously. I got 4 filters last time for $39.98 or thereabouts. Now I am being asked to pay $29.00 for 2. I will order again, but man!

The filter I purchased did not work in the regrigerator. This was the 4th filter I have purchased and none of them have worked. Even the LG Brand did not work. So, I am abandoning the use of the water/ice featue as I have spent over 5 months trying to get a filter to work. Not your fault or the filter you sent. I believe there is a problem in the filter housing, but LG does not admit and did not refer me to a repair person.

I did NOT install the filters you sent this time. I recently put in a replacement filter, in the refrigerator, that I got 6 months ago. I ordered the same filters as last time, for when I will need a new filter -- 6 months from now. And then 6 months after that.

The filter is about 1/8" too long to fit properly, but it is working. Disappointing.

Our previous filter from you worked great, however, I cannot comment on the new one ordered as we are still waiting for its delivery.

The model of the filter mentioned is not competitive. Minor changes cannot be noticed easily but won't fit. Like I. Ordered the filter came is a small different than the original one. So it doesn't fit and the order was waste for me.

We’re sorry to hear of your experience and hope you will accept our sincerest apologies. We found that the filter you bought from us is RPWF, and what you really expected might be RPWFE. The RPWF filter is not equipped with an RFID chip, thus it can not be sensed by your refrigerator. If our inference is correct, please contact customer service to refund your money.

Eco water filter for Zero water pitcher. Water flows through faster than for the Zero filter, which implies that the Eco filter is not as effective as the Zero filter.
