“This is the worst on-line company I have ever dealt with.
They are totally disorganized in handling an ol-line order and more specifically processing a refund.
After a week of back and forth emails I was told to return the items on Mar 17, 2024. The items were returned on Mar 18, 2024 via UPS. I was then told my refund would be made withing 5 business days. As of April 2, 2024 no refund has been received. I have contacted PAyPal to held assist in this matter and hopefully I will see the refund one of these days.”

Unfortunately, the type of filter does not fit the strange fittings in my trailer and I don’t know if my landlord is right or not but he says that he’s tried your kind of filters and they don’t really work? I’ll probably test it for myself, when I have the opportunity, because it’s not good to just take people on their own opinions which might not be that informed.”

“The filter is great! Shipment was a bit slower than expected and I never got a confirmation email about it shipping, only order confirmation. I checked the order on the website a few days later and found a the link for the tracking number, but it didn’t work. When I emailed customer service asking about the link and shipping they responded with a new tracking number but also unsolicited advice to be “more patient”! It was a bit odd, since I was perfectly straight forward in my request for shipping information, and used no words of being mad or upset (because I wasn’t), yet the customer service person seemed to think I was being impatient? lol! Anyway it arrived a day or so later and I am happy with the product and glad I could get it at a lower price and equivalent quality to Berkey. Next time it would just be great to get an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping email with a tracking number link that actually works, sans advice!”
