“I purchased the WaterDrip a few weeks ago and have been very happy with it. I am a fussy water resin and this water tastes perfect. No smells or funny tastes at all. Just clean, refreshing, healthy water. We get storms and power outages, so I feel confident that no matter what Mother Nature throws our way, there will always be healthy, clear water.
When I first assembled the canister and spigot, it leaked. Customer service sent me a new spigot, which arrived in a few days, and now it’s perfect!

“I recently purchased a 4-pack of FilterLogic water filters, which cost about the same as a single Samsung water filter. When the original filter in my Samsung refrigerator needed to be replaced, I bought a single filter(I forget the brand - possibly HDX?), the cost was about the same as the Samsung filter. This filter restricted the water flow to a trickle, which was very irritating. I then found FilterLogic and bought a single filter. The flow rate increased dramatically, the cost was about a fourth of what I had paid earlier, and I received my first 4-pack in 3 or 4 days. I am into my second 4-pack and I will continue to purchase this filter for the life of my refrigerator. I highly recommend this filter.”

“The filter is great. I bought 6 last year, was totally satisfied, promptly received them in the mail, and decided to order again this year but purchased 12 so they would last a year. The only think I don't like is that they are made in China so hope they are not contaminated with anything. I boycotted buying products from China a few years ago but now it is practically impossible to buy anything, and I mean anything that doesn't have China's sticker on it. Disgusting. Thanks.”
