“I am completely satisfied with my WD D6 and remineralizing filter. I replaced a conventional RO system and tank and am only sorry I waited so long. The installation was simple, and the water tastes wonderful. Like I have my own mineral spring!”

“The whole purpose of this purchase was to install the filter in my travel trailer before my 3-weeks trip. The initial delivery date has been moved and delayed by 2 days. I made it clear to the support team member that I don't need the filter since it's delivery was delayed and it will arrive after I already left. Instead of emailing me a return label, a support person was trying to convince me it's not their fault and since there is nothing wrong with the filter, they won't be emailing me a return label and I have to cover the shipping cost myself. The attitude was absolutely unfriendly and totally not customer-oriented. Again: I don't have experience using the actual product, it is more about my frustration with the customer support. Since the return shipping cost is very high, I'm trying to sell it locally.”

“We are enjoying the filter, the only thing is the numbers are not as low as we hoped. Have to run the water for 30 seconds or so before getting down to a decent level. Water tastes good though.”

“As a heart transplant patient I needed a pure water source that was simple convenient and efficient, I found that and more with the water drop filtration. Unit. Mine is attached to my refrigerator ice maker and water dispenser as well as accessible from my kitchen sink dispenser. Filters are very easy to change and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this unit”

“Great service and fast shipping. Great price. So far so good. I installed last month four each of the black elements into two Big Berkey water filters (total of eight) in our kitchen, removing the older ceramic ones, cleaning them, and storing them for spares. These black filters are supposed to run for 6000 gallons, which in our place, shouldl be about forever. Hope that estimate holds true. These from Waterdrop are about a third the cost of the ones sold by Berkey, so let us hope that they are as good! We shall see....”

“It was easy to install and has been working very well! And it fits perfectly under our small kitchen cabinet sink. It delivers water pretty quickly for an RO system, and the water tastes amazing (with the remineralization filter) compared to our previous basic gravity filtered pitcher. With all the news about PFAS, etc it's definitely worth it.”

“I have had the under sink filter for about a month, si far it’s just perfect. It arrived before the expected delivery date and it was extremely easy to install. It doesn’t really take a lot of space under the sink, just the perfect size. 5/5”

“I didn't realize that these filters were made in China and appear to be from a different manufacturer than when I originally purchased my under sink filter system. I will be looking for a new unit that is made in the USA.”
