“I accidentally ordered the wrong filters”

“We haven't used the filters yet, as we don't yet need them, but we are happy to have them "on deck" for when we do. We do love our water filter unit and it works great! Thanks for the quick and efficient packaging and shipping! The hand-held portable water filter unit with carrying cover is lovely, but seriously, we cannot get the top to come off. We have both worked in construction for years and one of us has an engineering degree, so we aren't mechanically challenged! I am wondering if it got overheated in transit and somehow welded together? We have given up trying to open it for the time being! If not for this issue, we would have given 5 stars in the rating!”

“We purchased our Waterdrop system 1 year ago. We have replaced 2 of our filters, which are so easy to replace. The water system and filters work great. I would highly recommend their products.”

“Can not review at this time as my order was placed and shipped on 6-28-21 and recieved fedex tracking # but the status was on "Pending" for a few days but as i am writting this fedex has just delivered my package. After i install and use the product for awhile i will tan be better informed to review it and this is my reason for only two stars at this time and it being a required field. Thank You Kindly Gerald”

“The filtration system is working very well. The water taste good and installing the system was simple enough. The only problem we're having is that the outlet under the sink does not work with the filtration system's power adapter. The outlet works for my garbage disposal but when I plug in our Waterdrop power adapter, the machine will not turn on. The machine only works when I use an outlet in another part of the kitchen which is odd. Either I call in an electrician or maybe the Waterdrop company.”
