“June 27,2021 6:22PM PST My order that shipped on 6/14 as priority ship HAS NEVER ARRIVED! It is now 6/27/21. The supervisor at Waterdrop said there was nothing she could do! I opened a case at FedEX & have had NO reply!! The reverse osmosis system I ordered & paid for is clearly LOST! Reverse Osmosis Water Filter System Model: WD-G3-W Order 234-20430099891-1007 Please, someone at Waterdrop get this PROBLEM RESOLVED. Dewey Croft 209-869-9120”

“It’s been 10 days and while FedEx said the order was delivered a week ago to my home it was not delivered. So far Customer Service hasn’t resolved the problem.”

“My new WaterDrop 20 cup filter dispenser works great. I fill it with water from a mountain stream, which is pretty clear but does have more sediment than the tap water at home. After several fillings, the filter shows no sign of clogging - the two streams exiting the bottom of the filter appear to flow just as well as they did when the unit was new. The spigot does not leak.”
