“Very disappointed, still NOT received my order. The shipping taking WAY too long. Might change my review once products are received. Update: After waiting 2 weeks received package with damaged filters. Had HORRIBLE shipping experience. Need immediate refund or replacement.”

“I put the filter in the pitcher. Pressed the button. The blue light turned on, started to flash, and never stopped. It is going on three days already. I gave call to the company. Unfortunately, no one answer, and no one gave me call back. The blue light is still flashing.”

“Ordered my 1st yearly CF replacement and I really am glad I switched to Waterdrop last year! Not only are the products made with sturdy materials, they are also affordable and filters are very easy to replace! Water taste great!”

“Fantastic product. One on my top kitchen purposes ever. I was extremely tired with constantly filling up pitchers and filters and then waiting a long time for them to actually filter. Not only does this allow us to quickly fill up bottles of clean water in a hurry, but it is aesthetically pleasing and accents our entire kitchen very well.”

“Ordered the waterdrop filter set in lieu of replacing my expensive filters for my refrigerator. I ordered the 16000 gallon filter and it is almost 1.5 ft in length and pretty big. Installation instructions were pretty clear and easy to complete the job. If the quality of water stands up to what I am expecting, I am going to install under sink filters as well. Not sure why this product is not advertised/sold thru other channels but I wish it was made available widely.”

“I haven't actually used the filters yet, but the white ones that remove the floride had a sound of something shaking in them which concerns me a bit, as the ones I bought from Berkey did not have that sound.”
