“First off I would like to say that this product is phenomenal! I love how the entire system works, absolutely perfect for my Family and I needs. Easy install, very well explained. In closing I recommend your products to anyone that inquires about water purification systems. 5 stars all day!”

“I emailed Waterdrop...twice...with a problem I had trying to install their water filter....the short story is that the 1st filter installed easily....the 2nd filter that I purchased at the same time as the 1st filter...would not twist into place.. (I reinstalled the 1st filter...until I could purchase another replacement.)...the 3rd filter would...also...not twist into place....even when using a plumbing silicon lubricant...the company never responded to my request for assistance..or..a refund”

“The filters are fine. When I needed to order new filters, the PP was out of stock. A place was provided to request an email when it was re-stocked. However, I never received an email. When I went back on the web site it was back in stock.”

“I haven't put in the new filters, but so far we are quite pleased with our Waterdrop filter. We use it a lot and we didn't have to change the filter for about six months, slightly less. Thank you.”

“Very compact unit. Easy hook except for the electrical. Also ran a line to the refrigerator. Water TDS went from 395 to 6. Works great.”
