“Unfortunately I received a white tripod instead of a black one, which was a bit disappointing as I wasn't informed that there were no long black in stock. After I raised rthe issue with their office admin I was offered a $25 compensation or return the lamp and a refund with be provided. I accepted the $25 rebate and am still airing for it. Took this option as I'd already ripped the box up that it was going to be too much effort to return it.”

“The bed is as described and just the way we expected. While the delivery experience was terrible. The bed was delivered to over 3 different days - 3 parts of the bed separately - on Thursday, then on Friday and then on Monday late evening. The first part was just dropped next to the front door without any notifications. The promise was that sms will be sent at the day of delivery, but there were not sent. The description via the tracking link was not clear and proof of delivery was just look strange.”

“Ordered a race car bed and racecar dresser for my son. Furniture seems pretty sturdy. Did cost a little extra but cant complain with the quality. 2 parts of the dresser were smashed in transit and after emailing the complainants department the night before i had a response 1st thing the next morning and they shipped out the replacement parts by end of day. Was very happy with how it was all resolved!”

“Ok wardrobe, a bit flimsy and the door handles do not cover the screw holes which makes it look very cheap and nasty. Does the job, but doesn’t look at good as the pictures and wouldn’t put anything too heavy in there.”
