“Really clear information on the Web site made purchasing the right wet room kit for my purposes easy. Purchasing process very easy and a courtesy call from Wet Rooms to inform me about delivery was a good touch. Delivery was next day and Kit is as i expected. I've still to fit the Kit, but all looks straightforward, especially given the tutorial videos available on the the website.”

“Quick service and very helpful and friendly staff. It was nice being able to actually ring and speak to someone in person rather than some sort of virtual assistant where you never get anywhere. Dealt with both Ryan and Josh who were both very helpful and when there was a query would get back to me by phone when they said they would. When there was a problem with a fitting Josh sorted it out really quickly and efficiently and organised a replacement.A really great company to deal with and great friendly, personal service. Thoroughly recommended!”

“The builder I was using to carry out the modifications to my property suggested I contact wet rooms-online for advice and guidance on constructing a shower in the form of a wet room. The shower area was not a rectangle shape so a standard shower tray was not an option. I described the shower area to the Wet Rooms adviser [josh] who put me at my ease as he talked me through what he suggested would be the best product to use in my shower. After Josh's description of the wet room process I only had two queries which he answered very competently and put me at my ease. I spoke with my builder and we agreed this was the solution for us! I immediately placed the order with Josh who indicated the equipment should be delivered within two days. Later that day I received a phone call from Wet Rooms [Josh again] informing me the manufacturer of the shower base Josh had recommended had no stock of the size I required but, Josh, having spoken to his manager could offer me a more expensive alternative at no extra cost. This I accepted with pleasure. Josh informed me delivery was likely to be slightly longer than the original but my builder said he could accommodate that short delay. Imagine my surprise when at 16:00 the very next day all the components for the wet room shower arrived. Wet Rooms Online: that is how to do business. One completely satisfied customer who will recommend Wet Rooms Online to everybody! R H King.”

“Ordered a 800x800 wet room floor level shower tray with a Drain that will except tiles plus a 10m2 tanking membrane and fitting kit very happy With product not fitted yet but looks and feels of a good quality, everything arrived after a couple days would highly recommend After 4 weeks of my purchase I have now had the shower wall tanked, the product was excellent and easy to fit, but unfortunately I had only received a 5 meter roll of the membrane, I rang Wetrooms Saturday pm but they were closed so left a message explain the situation, didn?t really expect a fast response but boy was I wrong, received a call Monday 9am, they said although the 14 day returns date had passed they would look into it, again didn?t really expect to much but Monday PM had a call form W/rooms to say a stock check had been made and there had been a mis-pick and a 5 meter roll will be despatched, would like to say a massive thank-you to Josh at W/rooms for all his help if only every company operated with the same assistance”

“I wish I could recommend this company higher, there customer service is absolutely outstanding from purchase to delivery. 15 minutes after my online purchase I was emailed numbers to call and a contact name if I needed any advise on fitting the products ordered, I was kept updated with the delivery times and even the when the courier company spilt part of my order across my drive (not wet rooms online?s fault) they could not of been any better at handling the situation. Making sure I as the customer had a replacement product quickly and efficiently. The products are of superior quality any you could not wish for a better company to deal with.”
