“Upon receipt of shower screen from manufacturer, found a small scratch on the wall post. We informed wetrooms-online and we had a new replacement part delivered within 2 days. Very impressed, would definitely recommend them.”

“Excellent next day delivery however wrong product was sent. very courteous staff who rectified this immediately and sent correct product but all packing was torn not damaged in transit but torn and contents just thrown into outer delivery bag. Picking and packing staff need some training.”

28 Apr 2021 Dear Mr & Mrs Ali, Thank you for taking the time to review Wetrooms Online. I'm sorry to hear that the incorrect drain was sent with your kit, however it is pleasing to know that this was rectified quickly. With regard to the damage to the packaging of the replacement drain, I have spoken to our warehouse staff and they assure me that the packaging of the replacement drain sent out was in perfect condition (we don't put damaged boxes back into the main stock, they are either re-packaged or used for spares etc). If you have found this not to be the case I can only assume that it was damaged in transit, and for this I offer my apologies. The replacement was sent out in a courier bag as opposed to a further cardboard box as the courier bag is the fastest method to get the replacement to you, and we did not wish to hold your install up. “Ordering online was simple, I then received a phone call to say they had received my order and should be shipped in a few days, very polite. Delivery by a 3rd party, DHL. Only one box of three was delivered. I called wet rooms online and they followed up with DHL and kept me in the loop at all times. The rest of my stuff was delivered 2 days later and another phone call from Wetrooms to make sure it had arrived. Very good customer service. Would use again!”

“Great service, easy ordering and delivery. Quality merlyn 8 shower wall. The problem i had was that it leaked. Turns out the numpty who fitted it hadn't used the seal in the fitting. Wetrooms contacted merlyn and I was sent a new seal free of charge. Thanks and I would use them again”
