“The customer service I received was awesome. I was patiently dealt with and helped and due to my condition received the product VAT free. I would certainly use this company again. Delivery was super quick. I recommend this company”

“I ordered a shower former tray and everything arrived within 2-3 days, super fast service. We didn't carry out the job straight away, but when we inspected the tanking kit some time after the delivery we noticed it had leaked in transit, this was reported to Josh and he was so helpful and said if we could send a photo they would send out a replacement tanking kit the next day. Would highly recommend this company for former trays and tanking kits, despite the issue with the tanking kit I can't fault them.”

“I am so impressed with the service provided by Wetrooms Online. Our order had been damaged in the post so I contacted them immediately. Within the hour I had received a response, and a replacement part was sent out the next day. We received this intact the following day. Their Customer Care and After Sales Servise is second to none. “This is the second order I have made from this company, once again excellent service and aftercare. Unfortunately my tanking kit arrived damaged, sealer all over the inside of box, although no visable external damage. All it took was a simple email to them (Josh) and the problem was resolved. I had a replacement in my hands within 24 hours. Thing will sometimes go wrong, what makes the difference is how the company resolves the issue. Excellent service, thank you.”
