“Fantastic customer services, I was having issues at checkout, a quick call to discuss and the order was taken and paid for. Items arrived within 2-days. Can't comments on the items at present, these havent been fitted.”

“Good communication throughout. They called me to check if my order had been delivered and chased up the delivery company when it was delayed. Cliff was very helpful and friendly. The wetroom base was good quality and looks great.”

“Within 20 minutes of ordering a radiator and valves I had a phone call letting me know my order would be delivered the following day, between 8.00am and 6.00pm. I was advised to check my order and let them know if anything was not right. My order arrived at 8.20 am the following day, very well packed and in perfect condition. Excellent service.”

“Things were going really well until the actual delivery. The courier turned up with the three fitting kits for the three shower trays that we had purchased but said that they couldn't deliver the shower trays because they were too large and we had to go all the way to Redditch to collect them. If I had known that I would have bought elsewhere. We have had much larger items than three shower trays delivered by courier so I suggest that you change courier if you are going to continue to sell shower trays. We have just collected the trays but the courier service was a joke.”

Hi Paul, I sorry to hear of the issue you experienced with your delivery. This is the first we have learnt of it. This should not have happened and they trays should have been delivered to you without issue. We ship large trays all the time and have never experienced this before. The issue has been raised with the courier. If you had called at the time we could got the situation resolved and trays delivered to you without further inconvenience. We have tried to call you to discuss the issue but the number provided will not connect, I apologise for the inconvenience caused, and assure you that this is not the normal service. “After issues with the delivery - be careful as although it says you should get next day delivery it was actually 4 days - then the product arrived and it wasn't what we ordered.”

Dear Georgina, Please accept my apologies that your order took a little longer to arrive than is normally expected. You placed your order on 07/06 and we shipped the same day on a next working day service, however we do advertise that delivery is usually 1 - 2 working days, and thus never advertise or guarantee next working day delivery. Disappointingly, the carrier failed to make the delivery within the two working days, but delivered on the 3rd working day @10:17am. Unfortunately due to a packing error with our supplier the box was incorrectly labelled, thus we thought the correct size had been sent, when it was in fact incorrect. Again I apologise for this mistake and the inconvenience it has caused. We have arranged for the correct tray to be sent out to you for delivery within the next 1 - 2 working days, and have also arranged for the collection of the incorrect tray.
