We are disappointed with the images of the chicken, which looks well below the quality standards we set. It is a shame that you did not contact us direct with the images when the order arrived as we would have taken immediate action. Nonetheless we will talk to our supplier and our pickers/packers about how this product was not picked up by our quality control process.

“Really enjoyed everything in my first order - superb packing, freshness, quality etc. The taste difference is amazing. And have just placed 2nd order this week trying a few different things. Only slight reservation comment is that I was surprised how 'wet' the bacon was - I guess that is partly a by-product of the way in which it is needed to be packed. Whilst it would be better grilled frying a little bit at atime is currently more convenient and fuel-efficient. With next week's batch (yes I have ordered more) I would pat dry to avoid the wetness and white 'stuff' leakage. very happy with everything - thank you! Gareth”
“My review is on behalf of my dogs and cats. I buy venison and Sutton Hoo trimmings to feed them. I find it difficult to get pet food made from meat that is not factory-farmed. Wild Meat Company offers cruelty-free meat of an exceptional quality at a reasonable price. I am always amazed at how good the meat trimmings are. Certainly excellent for making various meat dishes for humans. I cook the trimmings along with vegetables and seeds for my pets and they thrive on this diet. And I am happy to not support factory farming of animals.”

Thank you very much for your review. Glad that you liked the venison and partridge but disappointed that you did not like the chipolatas. One of the issues we have by not adding artificial flavourings, preservative and pork fat is making sausages as tasty as those that typically do include those additives, but we are working on it!
