“Wanted to try make goat curry bought what was recommended probably some of the worst cuts of meat I’ve had, it was described as cuts from the neck on shoulder, what I got was primarily ribs which make an awful curry, to sum it up I spent more on shipping then on the meat itself”

As the cubes are diced from a whole goat, the bone content is relatively high and the meat content is relatively low."

The only criticism is the the black pudding is not the best, it has no real flavour and lacking in fat.
