“I've ordered several things from Wineware, all at reasonable prices, with quick delivery. One item was slightly faulty through no fault of Wineware. They sent out a replacement immediately. If you can judge a company by how well they deal with problems, I would say Wineware are top notch!”
“The actual item I ordered was great. However, becuase their website was so confusing I accidentally ordered 4 of the same item. They did nothing to accomodate the mistake, other than agreeing to let me return it - with a 37 euro return fee for shipping. As far as I am concerned they should have paid the shipping b/c it was their mistake that they have a poor website that makes it very confusing ordering a wine rack! Super irritating and I won't order from them again.”

We try to make our website as clear as possible; the item you purchased states you can purchase either '1x', '4x', or '8x'. You can return the item to us, but as you're in Denmark, I appreciate that this may be difficult and expensive. That said, if you want to return the three unwanted units, we will refund you for those items.
