“Very friendly customer service ; had all the information to hand. When ordering via website issue I had was that delivery address went straight as card holder address …. Needed to change that , hence first call to customer service. Never received email confirmation of delivery”

“The delivery was very quick, ordered Thursday, delivered on Monday. However, no tracking information was provided so I didn't know who was going to deliver it, nor when it was arriving. Well packed and no breakages”

“We spotted the glasses whilst eating at Lenclume ( a 3 Michelin star restaurant) and was so pleased when l realised we could buy them. Ordered at 6 pm and paid for dpd express and they were delivered the next morning. Whilst they are very delicate they were all perfect.”
