“I would like to inform you that as a new Dog owner I was given a plastic pen recommendation for a puppy which actually was of no use as the puppy can easily jump out . The pen also has grooves that can easily assist a puppy to jump out so I am not happy with the pen and would like to return it . Your CS rep informed me to return it in 30 days which I will , but I am not happy that you are actually selling such a pen to the customer .”
