“My dog gets sick from some of the BARF. I reached out with concerns about cold chain and late delivery. An early delivery first thing would solve for this but I was flatly informed it is not an option. No alternative was offered.”
“Disappointing. I ordered two water bottles for my two small dogs. The picture on the website showed the bottles were for small dogs however when the product arrived they were for large dogs. Nowhere on the product page does it state what type of dog it is for and therefore I went by the photo. I contacted the customer service and although prompt with their replies, it was left up to me to ask if I could return for a refund. Also I was never offered free postage return even though the product issue was not my fault. Therefore this was at my own expense. Very disappointing and experience”

I gave 4 stars because as a veggie/vegan who opts to buy veg for her dog, I would find it very helpful if items were marked vegetarian. MANY of your dog treats are actually vegetarian, but I stand and read the ingredients for a long time to choose things. When I ask the staff, they know a few things which fit my criteria, but you could more quickly upsell to me, and others, if the labels on the shelves more easily directed me to veg/vegan options. And for others with pets with allergies, gluten free etc...
Equally, with the need for, and drive towards environmentalism, I would love more things in plastic-free packaging. I go out of my way to buy things in bulk, paper or cardboard. And, I go to the zero waste stores for some things that I could buy at WnP, but instead I opt to buy them without packaging.”
