You need to really look at your competition and reprice some of your items and restock faster and also provide more variety / selection of beds, throws, car seat covers and stairs for large size dogs.”
“I had booked my dog in by phone at 6.40pm Saturday when you were apparently closed. Tho it said on website 7pm close. So I confirmed by WhatsApp. Nobody was expecting me when I arrived on Sunday morning. Anyway the in store service was fine”
“I received a message that my order “has been shipped” within minutes of submitting my order online, but the delivery didn’t actually arrive until 2 days later. The phrase “has been shipped” should mean it’s already on the road and I should make arrangements for someone at home that day to answer the door. Either the message is misleading or the staff are simply clicking away these messages. Other than that, service is generally fine.”
