“do not like the idea that I could not order mix of different flavor or brands of canned food as need to order at least 4 cans of same product. Sometimes, I would like to try different brands or flavors one at a time as my pet may not like it.”

For the large bags of cat food it was very difficult to tell which brands they were / the price since they are just stacked on top of each other without much organizations. I wanted to buy a large bag of cat food but with a toddler it was too difficult to move all the bags to see what was what and I ended up purchasing a small bag that I could find easier.”

They usually deliver on a Monday and Thursday for Discovery Bay, and the last time, I had no more dog food left, and they especially arranged for the next day FREE delivery (which was not on their usual delivery days), and I'm so grateful for how to go out of their way to please.
