“The experience of shopping was straight forward, the website looks great & items arrived on time. I'm not sure if the quality of the product reflects the regular price point, I bought 4 items on sale which I was happy with but I think had I paid full price I'd have expected a better cut & quality.”

Would I order again? Probably not. To not have free returns nowadays and a customer blocker. If I order an item that I was regard as a high value item ie £150+ and it’s the wrong size, to have to pay for the return leaves a rather bad taste.”
