“Hi, I bought the wrong size, but the returns form wasn’t clear on how to return for an exchange rather than a refund. So I’ve ended up sending back a pair of jeans that I still wanted in a larger size. And in doing so, I’ve lost the introductory 20% discount as a new customer, so am less inclined to try again. Bit of a shame as nice brand and product. Thanks”
“Was really excited these jeans, however sizing was off. Frustratingly had to pay for delivery and returns - would be beneficial for an online only retailer to cater for these new customers trying your brand. Makes re-purchasing hard / expensive.”

“The shopping exerience was efficient and quick. However, the socks I purchased although they look great the fit is not good. I think they are old as for size 6 - 8.5 and I am a size 8 and they are too large for me. The heel of the sock actually rides up my lower foot - disappointing”
