“Thanks Ryan, Good service from your company! Had a bad experience with my Hotel.At check out they charged me for my wifes breakfast for the weekend as they claim the reservation was only made for 1 person. I checked my booking with you and it was made for 2 persons. Anyway thanks! Regards Danie.”

“The assistance was VERY GOOD. They respond in time. Exellent Job!!!! After my visit to Durban I must say I was VERY DISSAPOINTED with the way we were welcome at the HOLIDAY INN hotel at Umhlanga. Apparently, NOBODY received our email of special requirments. So I want to understand WHY DID YOU GUYS ASK US TO SEND those requirements if no one gave a damn?”

“There were many things I was happy with and one that I was unhappy with! Firstly the ease of booking and the speed of confirmation was very good. However the only displaying net to me was my confirmation letter was totally covered by the South African hotels logo's - I had to copy and paste and save on to my desk top so I could easily read the document. “Generally good but there are some confusing messages sent. e.g. a payment "form" was never received although details given allowed me to make a payment. there was quite a delay between submitting requests and getting a response. Sometimes hours! This was a bit disconcerting. Even an automated reply would be better than nothing.”
