“South African Tourism Company was very helpful when it came to making a last minute booking for a 3 night stay at the Drakensberg Sun. Different quotes were sent to me and communication was clear throughout the process: Make a reservation, payment methods, booking confirmation, contact information. Thank you for making sure I had a wonderful experience.”

“As far as my booking on http://www.south-african-hotels.com. goes everything went really smooth and it was a pleasure booking with them. If I could make a suggestion it would be great to get some feedback from the actual hotel you are making the booking with, things like what time we can check in, maybe confirm if we would like to make a reservation for lunch or dinner, checkout times etc.”

“I have at times found very good prices on this site. But I find this site does not always have all the Hotels listed and I there seems to be a delayed confirmation that your booking is definite but I have never had a problem with a booking that did not materialise so maybe it is just a formality. When I have booked prices have been very good and that is the most important thing after reliability from a site.”

“Die Zahlungsformalitäten mit der Kreditkarte sind kompliziert. Für jede Transaktion, Teilzahlung und Restzahlung, muss jedesmal ein Formular ausgefüllt werden und das für jede Hotelbuchung. Einmal registrieren und dann für alle Hotelbuchungen mittels dem Loginverfahren bezahlen wäre einfacher.”

“In general it was a good stay, we've enjoyed the tranquility of the resort, and the facilities. The only 'down' is the fact that all meals were luke-warm. Even though we enjoyed what was on offer/display, we would've enjoyed it a lot more if the meals were served hot.”
