The price was good. Please ensure that the name of the company and email address corespond. E. G. The website is SA hotels but the correspondents and email refer to SA safari something. For me this is a concern considering many scams around Booking hotels through a third party. Also it took 2 days to confirm a Booking and the precious time was missed where I could have find an alternative It is difficult to confirm the Booking front the hotel side. I will write another feedback after I concluded my stay at the hotel.

I was looking for accommodation in Namibia and there are several special spots in the portfolio, but the main point is in RSA. The rating for RSA wuld be higher.

Rates and initial service very good. Time lapse between initial booking and further communication took too long (I was travelling elsewhere first and wanted all in order before I left, which exacerbated the impact of this). In the end I phoned the lodge to make sure of address and give visitor info like food allergies etc. Would also have appreciated directions and lodge contact numbers as part of the confirmation. Despite this I would use this South-African-Hotels.com again in future.

The price was OK. Secured payment is convenient. The first email I got from you was tagged by gmail as spam, this raised some concerns. I can be helpful to receive from you more formation about the resort. For example, driving directions, weather expected in the relevant dates.

My booking for Sabie River Sun was cancelled due to refurbishments. I was extremely disappointed but Melissa managed to get us accommodated in the chalets. Thank you for going the extra mile!

The hotel is good. But, I think need more improvement. For example, should be have some slippers. The breakfast is good, but the waiter not appear to ask if we need any tea or coffe.

I found the assistants very polite, accommodating and helpful. When experiencing problems they were understanding and willing to assist and find solutions to help.

I was sceptical, every other booking agency told me the hotel we wanted to book was full. The hotel told us they were full. I had not heard of this booking agency. I logged the request the night before we were due (pressure). Within an hour of normal business the next day (the due date) the reservation was confirmed. We phoned the hotel to confirm. All done and dusted, one could not have expected better service. I would have rated this "very good" but their web-site gives up an error message when loading diners club, "insufficient numerals" provided!

Firstly I would like to appreciate the kind of service that you are offering guys as a team keep up the good work that you are doing. Last but not least a minor challenge was that there was a hassle in getting my booking by the time I arrived at the hotel on Thursday night lucky enough I was having my own copy that was emailed to me.

When making the booking on behalf of Mr Christopher Ransome I must say that I really got very good service. The time to make the booking was exceptionally overwhelming to me and the speedy response I got was good. When it came to the confirmation and payment of the booking it was handled with professionalism and I am very impressed with the way it was done and the follow-up was very quick. I must say it was a pleasure to make a booking though this company. I would like to make more use of your services in future. Annamarie Pieters who made the booking.

Being the first time to stay over in your hotel was a great experience. The personal were very helpful and supportive. So were the staff in the restaurant and pub. Just a suggestion - maybe you can consider a small refrigerator in the rooms to cater also for people suffering from diabetes for keeping the insulin cool. I will surely in future again make use of your accommodation. Kind regards. Johann Venter

I was pleasantly surprised to find that the rate through South African Hotels for the resort I wished to book at was cheaper than other, more common sites. Glad to see you on Trip Advisor! While the booking process was seamless and "technophobe proof", if I have to find ANYTHING to criticize it's the number of very solicitous e-mails I received confirming that my booking was being attended to - one would have been enough! But thank you - I will most certainly use your site for future bookings.

They give a good service at the lowest price. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that they can improve in one area. I forgot to pay for the accommodation within the 72 hours period. It would have been helpful to have received a reminder. But I called and all was fixed
