Melissa's service was very good and she was very helpful and friendly. The only negative was that the original amount quoted was wrong and they re quoted about R 7 000 more.

the service I received was great - all the way from initial enquiries about holiday accommodation to the reservations at the various hotels. looking forward to the actual hotel experiences during my upcoming holiday travel.

Was very happy with the service i recieved. I have a small child, and when i arrived at my destination there was a camp cot set up in my room for my child, what i really didn't expect. And the special price that was organised for me was fantastic. Really Really happy with the service i recieved!

Always very good service however I am still awaiting 2 questions to be answered for our booking at Kwa maritane Oct 30th- Nov 2nd _Odette Parfitt. I need confirmation that the room is TWIN beds and also that its a ground floor quiet unit and also a map for directions to get there from JHB side. Many thanks Odette Parfitt

Good response, but a little misleading. I thought I was dealing with the service provider, but only after transaction realised that I was dealing with an in-between agent. More clarification is needed up front

Ideally located and with lot of restaurants around, this hotel is ran by a welcoming team. If only the pool was on duty!

I got the help I needed quickly and the staff were very friendly and professional. I'd like to see more of what you offer in terms of activities & entertainment we can do while visiting besides golf. Also I'd like to know how do we get membership to your associated resorts in the entire SA. Feedback will be much appreciated, thanks. Keep up the good work.

Good lodge for a park situated at only three hours drive from Jo'burg. Nice rangers and we were able to see four bigs, lions, buffalos, rhino, elephant which is excellent for a game drive. I'm disappointed that nobody called or send me a message to give me the departure time for the evening game so I arrived just after they already left. In fact I called at midday to verify the reservation and the way to find the lodge but nobody was able to help, it should be improved to avoid this. Room was nice, people very pros, a heated pool would be very nice. Surprised to pay for the drinks at the bar, I thought it was included and it was not about exepnsive drinks. This is why I rated four stars instead of five but you could easely get the last one. Best regards, Eric & Valerie from France

The service received was very good, from the moment the booking was made to the minute we booked out Personally I will prefer to deal with one person during the booking, there was several people answering my question with the original booking coursing some confusement if space was available or not and when

I enjoyed my stay, the rooms were nice and your staff were kind. I was however expecting to be picked from the airport which did not happen and so I had to use other means. You could check on that process to make sure that your guests are not inconvenienced.
