I would like to thank you for your kind assitance. This was very helpful. I would like to thank Anel Price particularly. I would like to see improvement in prices. A good weekend in the Pilansberg. Hotel is comfortable but the furnishings are a little dated. Breakfasts were of superior quality and dinners were good with superb desserts. After requesting this from management, we joined Bakubung for their late afternoon game drive and bush braai. For me, this remains an absolute highlight in the Pilansberg and makes me proud to be a South African! A game driver, by the name of Solly, was brilliant; knowledgeable and entertaining too! This remains a pricey weekend for a local citizen but an amazing escape from the busy life in Johannesburg.

I was very pleased with the quick response and the consultants made every effort to get me a room at the hotel I wanted and came thru! What I wasn't so happy about is I called yesterday and asked a consultant to check if she could get an extra night for me for yesterday and she said she would get back to me via email - it's a day later- the night I wanted to book has come and gone- and Still haven't received an email even to let me know of unavailability.

Booking with south African hotels was great as I could not find a reservation but they managed to. The rate was decent too. However my only complain is that I did inform the reservation that we are four persons (2 adults, two young kids). At the hotel, we got a king size bed and a single bed only. Good thing is that three of us could fit in one bed and the view was so amazing from our room that we didn't ask to be moved. The V&A hotel is got the perfect location and the rooms are great but the service is so pathetic. I was unimpressed. I think that they are complacent with their service because they are based in such an ideal place

Great location. Comfortable room. Front desk was helpful as I wanted a sea facing room but allocated a no sea facing room. They swopped a few things around and I was sorted out. Breakfast was adequate. Great coffee . I would use this hotel again! Recommended.

The service is quick and efficient. The prices are generally better than going directly to the service provider. I have only one negative comment. It involves the payment. In today's world with all the phishing and cyber crime. I do get uncomfortable e-mailing my credit card details to confirm my booking. I would prefer making payment on the website, then you are fully aware that details are going to the correct organisation and once the transaction is complete the details are erased. Posting my banking details to an e-mail address, means I have no guarantee the details will be deleted once the transaction is paid for.

Dear Mr Wlaker, Thank you for your email and the card details get encrypted so the transmission is safe. We get bombarded by stolen cards so we do electronic check & a human checks and even we still caught from time to time. We have just had a case where an undesirable stayed 4 nights in hotel and it turns out the credit card was stolen & in that case we lost R 8000.00. We like to be hands on so that we can look after our clients and we try to look after the hotels we do business with as well. There is no clear answer or solution and without the element of trust you just cannot do business :-) Let me know if you have any other questions & thank you for the business. Many Thanks Ryan

The response for a quote and booking process was quick. I believe I got the best rate. My only challenge was your communication with the hotel. On arriving at the hotel, I was given asked to pay for the stay and at a different rate. I had to show them my paperwork with you. On my departure they still had not received any payment or correspondence from you. It felt like I wanted to stay there fore free, I had to go through checks. It was embarrassing & time consuming.

Good experience overall. Good price for 5 night package at Fancourt and everything was dealt with smoothly. Only one small issue when final balance became due - I was told my booking was on a Bed and Breakfast basis with no golf included. When I found the initial confirmation, that stated golf or spa treatment included, an apology was immediate and the tee off times booked for us. Everything turned out well and I can recommend this company.

For the hotel booked for 2 rooms, we experienced the lengthy time (3 hours) for check-in as we arrived 3pm but only managed to get one room at 6pm, the other room can only be ready at 9pm!

The online part was fast and easy. I also immediately received an e-mail. I had queries and was answered immediately. The only problem I had was at the hotel itself, when they had not been informed that I had paid for the breakfast already. Fortunately I had a copy of the e-mail and Tax Invoice with me. But something like that is never nice, you always tend to feel like a criminal. - The hotel, "Town Lodge Roodepoort", is beautiful and I will recommend it to anybody to stay there! My room (128) had the most practical shower I have ever seen!
