“Generally good but there are some confusing messages sent. e.g. a payment "form" was never received although details given allowed me to make a payment. there was quite a delay between submitting requests and getting a response. Sometimes hours! This was a bit disconcerting. Even an automated reply would be better than nothing.”

“This was my first time using the website to book for an room at an hotel. The process was was quick and easy. I also phoned to double check that they booked a twin bed room.
