“I've been using this site for many years, and have always had an excellent experience with no suprises. On the odd occassion where another website site has a special offer for a venue they support that they do not, just informing them of this makes them come to the party. Many sites have amazing offers that you can't book - not so with these guys and unlike other suppliers I've tried in the past, these guys actually respond to emails - so many suppliers just don't respond or repond a week or two later. My ONLY trusted supplier in this industry.”

“Hotel suggested or booked at did not justify the rate charged.Hotel being Road Lodge is not worthy of being part of tourism Cape Town,big disappointment. Pay a little more,live in comfort.”

“Ian Johnson from African Breeze Safaris, Destinations & Tours was excellent - very knowledgeable, pleasant & accommodated our group - highly recommended. He gave an insightful tour as well as scenic points of interest, certainly highlighting Soweto & the Apartheid Museum. The contact booking company - south-african-hotels.com. I would rate as 2 stars. My e mails were not returned in a timely manner as were my telephone calls to book the tour.”

“The booking process was good, the hotel was okay. The hotel was in a wonderful location with an amazing view however our room did have a leaking toilet and shower, our card didn't work too well to open the door as it took several times before the door would open and our plugs stopped working at one point. The staff however were very helpful.”

“I was very happy with the booking, deposit and final payment process when booking Gondwana Canyon Lodge, Namibia. Every step was handled speedily and efficiently and I was informed what had been done and what still needed completing with a time line. The process was clear and simple. “I paid the deposit, but it a long time for my confirmation to arrive. I then had to chase the final payment - having been advised I would receive an automatic email asking for final payment 21 days prior to arrival. This didn't happen until I rang the office and asked what was happening.”
