“Fantastic service. very convenient and replies promptly. does all the liasing with the hotels and the car rentals. comes back with very competitive rates. one thing that you don't want is to be scammed online for african bookings. This site serves as an agent and takes care of that. i'm satisfied.”

“Having dealt with numerous online booking agents previously, I was pleasantly surprised by the fast and efficient booking process. I have experienced quite a few disheartening encounters as far as having my accommodation booked online, with other service providers, so far so that a hotel booking I paid for and had a reference number on was totally invalid and the hotel knew nothing about my booking at all. I highly recommend south-african-hotels.com, not only was their service impeccable but their rates were far better than that of their competitors. I will definitely be using ONLY this site for all my future bookings. Definitely 5 star!”

“I found this group on Trip Advisor. They were the default booking agency when I was booking a lodge in Botswana. I was a bit hesitant given that I wasn't familiar with the company, but they turned out to be great. They were very responsive to my inquiries, made all the arrangements with my lodging, including a pick up at the airport. I made an advance payment for my booking through them and the lodge received it, no problem. Everything went very smoothly on the trip. I would use this company again for booking travel in southern Africa.”

“The team were very helpful, friendly and quick to respond. They were very knowledgeable about the game reserve & answered all my queries and requested promptly. “we had a very bad experience at Lake side lodge, Entabeni. We had 2 rooms from 27th May to 30th May 2016. It was a horrible experience at lake side lodge entabeni with no hot water in the rooms and continuously the maintenance guys just being in our room and taking away our peace and privacy. They spoilt our full trip . The general manager Mr Anton also didn't allow us to shift to any good rooms and just gave a cold response . the water in the tap was mud water. images all attached. We want full refund of our amount and also compensation of 10000 R.”

“The lodge is quiet empty and impersonal, there is incident tape blocking off access to the beach and deck area. The bathroom is a bit mouldy and there were lights not working in the hall and the bedroom, while the lodge is in a good position it was not worth the money.”

“The assistance was VERY GOOD. They respond in time. Exellent Job!!!! After my visit to Durban I must say I was VERY DISSAPOINTED with the way we were welcome at the HOLIDAY INN hotel at Umhlanga. Apparently, NOBODY received our email of special requirments. So I want to understand WHY DID YOU GUYS ASK US TO SEND those requirements if no one gave a damn?”

“I am absolutely furious to put it a least . When your consultant called ,I specifically asked her if it was the main hotel and she confirmed it was. I reiterated my point and was happy to pay the amount cos it was like R800 cheaper than other sites. Only to find out it was the Lodge and not the Hotel when i got there. I paid R2230 whereas I could get the lodge for R1500 BUT I DID NOT WANT TO STAY THERE. I did stay there and would like to know who is going to reimburse me you can verify this with the Lodge Directly .I await your Urgent response !Not only was I misled , I was ripped off and overcharged as well .
