“there was a confusion when on check-in because the hotel didn't get full information from people who were processing my booking.had to wait for 30 minutes.I think it's given that poeple prefer sea facing side esp. when booked earlier.it brings confidence that we are treated equally.no prejudices.Thanks.”

“At tropicana I pay a full amount of 4days stay on that price I include the price of dinner which is 189 per person it was a buffet price but instead we it at clippers the price was less then I pay they owe me money a lot. Now no 1answer my email but the staff were excellent special Olwethu at reception but I still want my money they say they will came back to me up until to day”
