“The service was fast and efficient HOWEVER we were not informed that we were to be moved from one room to another after one night. We did the move but would have preferred to have been informed about the change.”

“there was a confusion when on check-in because the hotel didn't get full information from people who were processing my booking.had to wait for 30 minutes.I think it's given that poeple prefer sea facing side esp. when booked earlier.it brings confidence that we are treated equally.no prejudices.Thanks.”
