“There was a bit of a delay between getting a quote and the actual confirmation .More than 24 hrs. This made me a little nervous as I had already given my credit card details . I would have like the actual reservation to occur straight away, and not wait for the quote. I don't think I actually asked for a quote, but I might be mistaken.”

“I made a booking at the Tangala Safari Camp through South African Hotels and everything in the process was easy. “Promptness of responses, willingness to change price when I was able to find a price 10% lower than the first quoted price. But why did you quote a price that was 10% higher in the first place? The implication is that the buyer should investigate further to ensure that s/he has found the best price. Rather, yours should be a one-stop shop.”

“The staff at the Southern Sun Hotel in Johannesburg were outstanding. Don at the curb, Stewart at the bar, Jeremiah in the restaurant and George and Ruhama Sithole at the desk. Everywhere we turned there were smiles and great service.”
