“Thanks Ryan, Good service from your company! Had a bad experience with my Hotel.At check out they charged me for my wifes breakfast for the weekend as they claim the reservation was only made for 1 person. I checked my booking with you and it was made for 2 persons. Anyway thanks! Regards Danie.”

“As Donovan's mother I booked the recent accommodation as a special 40th birthday gift. I received prompt responses to my special requests from Evi and Shireen and found them both to be very professional and a pleasure to deal with. “We were most ably assisted when first enquiring about accommodation at Kwa Maritane. And subsequently whenever we phoned, whoever answered immediately knew how to proceed with our booking and payments after I quoted our reference number. Very friendly staff.”

“"First night, we went to dinner and were told an hour before the buffet closes that some of the food is finished and were not going to be replaced, after making a noise, the extra food arrived. Wake in the morning and had to have a cold shower as the hot water was finished?!? Get back to the room, no fresh towels replaced, ask for towels and the housekeeper comes with "clean" towels and put them on the floor outside the room to sort them out and give me "clean" towels??? The room was not vacuumed. They then compensate us with dinner on the house with a promise that the General Manager will talk to us, however she did not arrive. So we had no towels to use. This is the first Protea Hotel that we stayed at with pathetic service and still paid the full price? Very very disappointed!"”

“Had a very good response from the time I was making my enquiries to reservation to check in and finally to the day I checked out. Next time am travelling to South Africa will not hesitate to go through you people however you should provide us with info on like minimum cash one can swipe or withdraw in a day and I had my money card retained by the ATM before finishing my business last time I was there. Many thanks and stay blessed.”

“Fantastic service. very convenient and replies promptly. does all the liasing with the hotels and the car rentals. comes back with very competitive rates. one thing that you don't want is to be scammed online for african bookings. This site serves as an agent and takes care of that. i'm satisfied.”

“Having dealt with numerous online booking agents previously, I was pleasantly surprised by the fast and efficient booking process. I have experienced quite a few disheartening encounters as far as having my accommodation booked online, with other service providers, so far so that a hotel booking I paid for and had a reference number on was totally invalid and the hotel knew nothing about my booking at all. I highly recommend south-african-hotels.com, not only was their service impeccable but their rates were far better than that of their competitors. I will definitely be using ONLY this site for all my future bookings. Definitely 5 star!”
