“I was extremely impressed with the quick and efficient service I received from Katie Harper. She bent over backwards to meet all my fussy demands and was always friendly and helpful. My hat goes off to her! I am looking forward to our weekend in Nelspruit!”

“In general it was a good stay, we've enjoyed the tranquility of the resort, and the facilities. The only 'down' is the fact that all meals were luke-warm. Even though we enjoyed what was on offer/display, we would've enjoyed it a lot more if the meals were served hot.”

“The price was good. Please ensure that the name of the company and email address corespond. E. G. The website is SA hotels but the correspondents and email refer to SA safari something. For me this is a concern considering many scams around Booking hotels through a third party. Also it took 2 days to confirm a Booking and the precious time was missed where I could have find an alternative It is difficult to confirm the Booking front the hotel side. I will write another feedback after I concluded my stay at the hotel.”

“As I did my own booking on line there is nobody to review, it was pretty straight forward. The only disappointment is as a South African citizen I have to pay R400 more than a international visitor, I find this very disturbing, so much for supporting your own”

“I found this company via TripAdvisor and spent several weeks cooresponding to find and plan the right game lodge to visit in Kruger Park South Africa. Becuase this part of our South African vacation was the last leg, our agent Melissa worked especially hard to find and coordinate charters to make it all work perfectly. All our many questions were answered promptly and communication has been great which is key, plus the pricing was right. We look forward to our first South African experience next month and will write another review upon our return. Thank You Melissa and all at SATC!”
