“We were grateful for your assistance and the efficiency with which our last minute booking was handled. It gave us peace of mind knowing that the usually difficult part of our travels was already cared for. The follow up confirmations came as promised while we were en-route to Meikles Hotel in Harare and made our check in hassle free. We would recommend South African Hotels. Please may we request information on specials and updates on your services. Thank you.”

“Rates and initial service very good. Time lapse between initial booking and further communication took too long (I was travelling elsewhere first and wanted all in order before I left, which exacerbated the impact of this). In the end I phoned the lodge to make sure of address and give visitor info like food allergies etc. Would also have appreciated directions and lodge contact numbers as part of the confirmation. Despite this I would use this South-African-Hotels.com again in future.”

“I dealt with Lizelle and she went out of her way to help us. We were driving to Port Elizabeth and trying to book online. We kept losing signal and Lizelle kept phoning back and even e-mailed a few times when she could not get hold of me. A big thank you to her for all her help and thanks to South African Hotels.com for a great deal we got on our accommodation.”
